Design.
The architecture studio aims to visualize different spaces with a conscientious, functional and inspiring design. We can accompany you through this design process to develop a comprehensive vision for your project, including the interior spaces, that meets your needs and purpose.
Project management.
Integral to the development of any construction project is the management of the construction process. De Adobe is experienced at undertaking this important process and our services range from the estimation and tracking of budgets and schedules to the day-to-day management of staff and the supply of materials.
An important element of many construction projects is identifying, engaging and managing specialty subcontractors. This can include electrical, carpentry, water supply, glazing and other specialty trades. We have worked with many of these trades, have many contacts to obtain quotes and have experience in managing subcontractors as they work on our projects.
Structural Engineering.
The engineering design complements and adapts to the architectural design. We are experienced in providing in-house structural engineering advice and design for all types of construction. More recently residential housing projects we have been involved with have utilized steel structures.
Environmental Approvals.
Many developments in Guatemala require an environmental impact study to comply with the environmental laws in Guatemala. De Adobe has experience in providing environmental advice, preparing environmental studies and submitting them for approval with the appropriate government departments to obtain the license required for construction.
Planning.
Once the vision has been identified we can develop detailed technical plans documenting the utilities, measurements, finishes etc that are required for construction to turn the vision into reality.

Real Estate and Development Advice.
If you are interested in purchasing or already own land we are available to discuss with you the options for developing the land and maximizing your investment. In addition to discussing ideas with you and providing advice, we are also able to provide surveying and quantity surveying services.
