Jose is a civil engineer specializing in structural design. He has more than 35 years of construction experience in the areas of Quetzaltenango, Guatemala City, Sololá and San Marcos.

José Castillo (Chepe JR.)

José is studying civil engineering, he supports the team with planificación, structural calculation and project management.

Chepe is bilingual (Spanish and English).

Edwin Ortíz

Originally from Suchitepéquez, a rural community in western Guatemala’s coastline, Edwin joined the De Adobe team in 2016. Since then he has been our right hand and eyes on the building sites. With a strong and disciplined character, he leads the builders team, making sure we execute our designs properly and in schedule.

Carlos Perez

Carlos is our handyman, help us with deliveries of environmental paperwork and building material and boat transportation.
